With roots in Dallas, we are committed to ensuring the work provided is completed in a timely, efficient, and stress-free manner. At Rockmoor, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and dedication to excellent service. To alleviate the stress of getting a new roof, we manage our projects from start to finish, creating a seamless process for every customer.

We specialize in composition, slate, synthetic slate, tile, metal, and flat roof systems. We have 10+ years of experience in roofing and construction, and that experience is reflected through the quality of our work.

The Owners

Rockmoor Roofing Systems LLC was founded in 2021 by Co-Owners Jackson Crain & Jeffers Rader. The two Dallas natives attended Jesuit College Preparatory High School and went on to earn undergraduate degrees from the University of Arkansas & Texas Tech University. Both decided to move back to their hometown of Dallas, where they currently live with their young families. Jackson & Jeffers were drawn to the construction industry early in their careers and have over 10 years of experience serving the commercial & residential markets. Rockmoor was founded on one simple statement, “There has to be a better way”. The two friends recognized the need for reliable & responsive contractors in DFW and decided to make their dream become a reality.

The Rockmoor Process

1 Free Inspection

We provide a complimentary inspection to document the condition of a homeowner’s roof and identify visible signs of damage. Our role is to share factual findings so a homeowner can make an informed decision on necessary repairs.

2 Homeowner Files Insurance Claim (If They Choose To)

If the homeowner believes the documented damage may be related to an insurable event, they may choose to contact their insurance provider to begin the claims process.

3 Insurance Inspection

When the insurance adjuster schedules their inspection, we will be present only to point out the damage we observed during our initial inspection.

4 Review of Insurance Estimate

Once the homeowner’s insurance company provides their estimate for repairs, we compare it to the physical damage we documented. If any items appear to be missing, we can provide supplemental documentation for the homeowner to submit to their insurer.

5 Roofing Repair

After the homeowner authorizes the work, we complete all repairs according to the scope approved by their insurance company and any upgrades they choose.
